Depression and anxiety can often go hand in hand, with one affecting or sometimes causing the other, and although we may try our best to fulfil our day to day lives, depression and anxiety can get in the way of this, affecting out relationships, our work, and often our potential. It can be that for some simply talking about our thoughts and feelings our ailments will lessen, for others a more practical approach may be required. Regardless of your situation, by working together, we can make a difference.

Suicidal thoughts can come at times of deep depression and despair, and it may be that suicide feels the only way to escape. I have experience working with those who have attempted suicide and those who have had suicidal thoughts. I use a mixture of cognitive behaviour therapy and techniques designed to try and keep you or your loved one safe.
It could then be that talking in a confidential environment that suicide becomes less attractive, or maybe by us working together to find solutions to any problems you may be facing is more helpful.
